Fenix TX’s Adam Lewis Has Died, Band Pays Tribute
He was not on the list.
Fenix TX's longtime bassist Adam Lewis has passed away at the age of 45. A founding member of the pop punk band, he had been battling pancreatic cancer since 2021.
In a statement posted on the band’s social media accounts today (June 11), they wrote “We are heartbroken. There are no words that will do justice to the life Adam lived. A memorial fund has been created in his honor to care for the family he loved so dearly. We will do our best to honor his final wishes and make him proud. We love you Adam Lewis.”
The band found success with their self-titled 1999 album, known for the single ‘All My Fault’, and would go on to tour with Blink-182, New Found Glory, Good Charlotte and more as well as performing at multiple Warped Tours. More recently, they were on the lineup for When We Were Young Festival 2023 in Las Vegas.
Adam is survived by his partner, Adrieanne Guerrero, and their two children, Lennon and Sloane. Our thoughts are with the band as well as Adam’s family and friends.
