“It is with great sadness but also a sense of celebration of a long full life that myself and my brother Paul announce our father Terence died peacefully last night here in Melbourne,” Jason wrote. He reflected on his father’s vibrant personality, noting, “Our dad was a huge character, larger than life.” The sentiment echoed the affection felt not only by his family but also by countless fans who cherished Donovan’s contributions to Australian television and film.
