Hungarian American director/photographer. Born in Budapest to Jewish parents escaped at 16 during Hungarian revolution, rescued by Red Cross to US. Attended UCLA film school. TV/Movies include "Starsky & Hutch", "Midnight Lace", There's a gun in the house", " Captain America II" Ivan won a Grammy for the best album cover for BB King "Indianola Mississippi Seed" May he rest in peace.
As a film and television director best known for directing films such as Bad Charleston Charlie, Skinner, and Deadly Hero. Nagy also directed episodes of the TV series CHiPs, Starsky & Hutch, and The Hitchhiker.
Nagy was a convicted bookmaker, and was the former boyfriend of Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. He was featured in the documentary Heidi Fleiss: Hollywood Madam.
