Oaky Miller obit

 Entertainer Oaky Miller Has Died

He was not on the list.

Chuck Harris started in the entertainment business in an act with his father at the tender age of five. He has been active in show business ever since. Chuck Harris has changed his name, as he likes to say, more times than Edison changed light bulbs. He also has changed his direction in the world of entertainment many times to keep ahead of the pack. This is but one of the many reasons he is so successful As an actor, comedian, promoter, writer and producer he has done it all, always at the top of his game. Chuck still works 15 hours a day, travels no fewer than 250,000 miles a year to the farthest parts of the globe and loves what he does. He is now the most successful personal manager in the entertainment business to the most unusual visual variety artists of the world.

As a television producer and worldwide promoter of many major stars and shows, he has seen them all come and go. Chuck was the first to being the Rolling Stones to America. His stories about the stones are extremely funny, as well as a helpful aid to anyone who wants to be a winner. Chuck Harris has taken more USO shows overseas than any other individual in the entertainment business besides Bob Hope.

Performer turned talent agent. His father was the vaudeville performer Chuck Miller. Oaky worked as an actor, comedian, writer, disc jockey and author, but became Chuck Harris upon becoming a talent and talent manager.

Chuck has been in show business since the age of 5. Starting on stage with his father. He owns one of the largest private collections of show business television and film memorabilia.
