He was a WGA writer known for many popular 70s and 80s TV shows such as Charlie's Angels, CHiPs, Fantasy Island, Barnaby Jones plus many more. He also wrote several novels as well as many screenplays and stageplays. A New York native, he is survived by his children, Samantha and Daniel.
