Actor Bryan Russell has died

He was not on the list.

Round-faced, brown-haired, slightly rebellious-looking child actor taken up by the Disney studio in the early 1960s. Also possessed with an angelic singing voice, he began to appear in TV series at the age of seven. After numerous appearances on the small screen, his first film for Disney was Babes in Toyland (1961). Later appearances included those in The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm (1962), How the West was Won (1962), A Ticklish Affair (1963), Bye Bye Birdie (1963), the leading role in Emil and the Detectives (1964), Kilroy (1965), Follow Me, Boys! (1966) and The Adventures of Bullwhip Griffin (1967), his last. His Disney contract over, Russell disappeared from the acting scene. The brother of another child player, Jeannie Russell, he died from cancer.
