Bill Saito was born on December 22, 1936 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA. He was an actor, known for Matchstick Men (2003), Big Trouble in Little China (1986) and Surviving Christmas (2004). He died on November 14, 2012 in Studio City, California, USA.

Bill was an actor appearing in over 50 movies and numerous TV shows from McHale's Navy, Get Smart, WKRP in Cincinnati, Simon & Simon and Dallas to name a few. His last appearance was in a short titled Peace from 2006. He was also a U.S. Army Reserve veteran.
