Yehuda Efroni was born on January 18, 1931 in Tel Aviv, Israel. He was an actor, known for Operation Thunderbolt (1977), The Phantom of the Opera (1989), Ten Little Indians (1989), The Delta Force (1986) American Ninja 3 (1988) and Braddock: Missing In action 3 (1988). He died of cancer in 2017. He also provided the Hebrew voice for several Disney movie characters including Slinky Dog in Toy Story and Toy Story 2, Napoleon in the Aristocats, Fa Zhou in Mulan, Colonel in One Hundred and One Dalmatians and Rufus in The Rescuers.
