Melissa Dixon (born August 29, 1923; died October 2015), credited as Peg Dixon, is an actress who played Lady Dorma, Jane Foster, Pepper Potts, Wasp, and Scarlet Witch on The Marvel Super Heroes and Betty Brant, May Parker, Osa Olsen, Laura, Susan, Polly, Miss Babowal, Sonya, Penny Jones, Jackie, Harriet, Grace Conner, Van Meer, Miss Trubble, Diana, and Adelaide on Spider-Man. She is the first to play Dorma, Foster, Potts, Wasp, Brant, May, and Martha outside the comics.

Biography

Other notable works include Sunshine Sketches, Playbill, Anne of Green Gables, The Unforseen, Joey, Mrs. Donner and Mrs. Claus on Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Strange Paradise, and Festival of Family Classics.

 

She was married to Ed McNamara from 1941 to his death in 1986.
